Research on the Film Industry Information Service Based on the "Belt and Road Initiative" : Taking Shanghai Library as an Example

"一带一路"发展倡议为公共图书馆的发展带来了机遇。作为文化信息服务的提供者,公共图书馆以电影产业为突破口,助力"一带一路"建设。文章围绕如何做好"一带一路"下的电影产业信息服务工作,从必要性、应对策略和实践思考三个方面介绍了上海图书馆为"一带一路"倡议下电影产业信息服务所作的探索性工作--"一带一路电影国别信息库"的构建。

The " Belt and Road Initiative" presents opportunities for the development of public libraries. As a provider of cultural information services, the public library takes the film industry as a breakthrough to boost B&R construction. This paper introduces the exploratory work of the Shanghai Library has done for the film industry information service under the "Belt and Road Initiatives" from three aspects: importance, improving strategy and practical exploration.
