用腹部彩色多普勒超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的效果分析

The effect of color doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis

目的:探讨用腹部彩色多普勒超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月期间南充市中心医院收治的50例疑似急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,均对其进行腹部彩色多普勒超声检查。将手术后进行组织病理学检查的结果作为最终的诊断结果,观察用腹部彩色多普勒超声检查对这些患者的病情进行诊断的准确率。结果:用腹部彩色多普勒超声检查对这些患者的病情进行诊断的准确率为96%,对其所患急性单纯型阑尾炎、急性化脓型阑尾炎、急性坏死型阑尾炎、急性脓肿型阑尾炎进行诊断的准确率分别为100%、100%、85.71%、87.5%。结论:用腹部彩色多普勒超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的准确率较高,可准确地诊断此病患者所患急性阑尾炎的类型。

Objective:To investigate the effect of abdominal color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods:50 patients with suspected acute appendicitis admitted to nanchong central hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.After admission,the patients were examined by color doppler ultrasonography of the abdomen.The results of post-operative histopathological examination were used as the final diagnosis to observe the accuracy of the diagnosis of these patients with abdominal color doppler ultrasound.Results:the diagnostic accuracy of the patients with acute simple appendicitis,acute suppurative appendicitis,acute necrotic appendicitis,and acute abscess appendicitis was 100%,100%,85.71% and 87.5%,respectively.Conclusion:it is more accurate to diagnose acute appendicitis by abdominal color doppler ultrasonography.
