“两广提案”与大学院全国教育会议

The“Guangdong-Guangxi Proposal”and National Education Conference of the University Council

“两广提案”是戴季陶联同两广教育界人士,以国立中山大学、广东广西教育厅的名义,向中华民国大学院第一次全国教育会议提交的“确立教育方针,实行三民主义的教育建设,以立救国大计”的议案,俗称“两广提案”。通过追溯“两广提案”的倡议缘起、形成过程、主要特点、在大学院全国教育会议上的讨论经过,可以发现该提案推动了“三民主义教育”作为教育宗旨和实施原则在大学院全国教育会议上表决通过,及对南京国民政府教育方针与实施原则的确立产生了一定的影响。

The“Guangdong-Guangxi Proposal”refers to the proposal to“establish education policy and implement of the Three People’s Principles to save the country”.It was submitted by Dai Jitao,together with people from the education field of Guangdong and Guangxi,to the First National Education Conference of the University Council of the Republic of China under the name of“National Sun Yatsen University,Department of Education of Guangdong and Guangxi”,and was commonly known as the“Guangdong-Guangxi Proposal”.By tracing the origin,formation process,main features,and discussions about the“Guangdong-Guangxi Proposal”at the National Education Conference,it can be found that the proposal has promoted the adaption of“education under the Three People’s Principles”as an educational purpose and implementation principle at the National Education Conference,and made a certain impact on the establishment of the educational policies and implementation principles of the Nanjing National Government.
