基于医教协同与双轨合一模式下影像专业学位硕士研究生核心能力培养探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨基于"医教协同、双轨合一"模式下核心能力培养方案对影像专业学位硕士研究生培养的意义。方法将2015年至2019年招收的影像医学与核医学专业硕士研究生150人,按调查问卷意愿分为实验组与对照组,从中抽取100人作为研究对象,各组分别为50人。实验组采用核心能力培养方案进行培养,对照组采用传统培养方案培养。以单个学期为单元,通过多元、多维度的评价体系对实验组和对照组的实验结果进行评估。结果两组学员的不同学期考评结果对比,除文献指标外,实验组学员的各项评分及总得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于"医教协同、双轨合一"模式下的影像专业学位硕士研究生核心能力培养方案对培养具有较强的临床诊治能力、临床科研能力、思维能力和良好执业素养的临床医学应用型人才具有重大意义。 Objective This article aimed to explore the significance of the core competence training for postgraduates in medical imaging based on the"collaboration of medical education and clinic practice,dual track integration,mode.Methods 150 Postgraduates in medical imaging and nuclear medicine recruited from 2015 to 2019 were divided into experimental group and control group according to their own wills collected in the questionnaires.In this study,100 people were selected from the total 150 people as the research object,and each group had 50 people.The students in experimental group were taught with core competence training plans,while the control group was on the traditional teaching method.Each semester is a unit,and the results of the experimental group and the control group were evaluated by a multivariate,multi-dimensional evaluatioin system.Results Except for literature ildicators,all scores of the students in the experiment groups in different semester exalinations were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the mode of"collaboration of medical education and clinic practice,dual track integration",the core competence training for graduate students of medical imaging is of great significance in training qualified doctors with strong cliincai diagnosis and treatment ability,clinical scientific research ability,thinking ability and good professional quality.
