摘要 新中国成立以来,我国幼儿教师队伍建设历经恢复与初步发展时期、建设探索时期、停滞不前时期、快速发展时期及完善创新时期五个发展阶段。进入新世纪,我国幼儿教师队伍建设取得了重大的成就:幼儿教师素养逐步提高,幼儿教师队伍结构日趋完备,幼儿教师队伍建设政策日益健全。展望未来,我国幼儿教师队伍建设应树立尊师重教观念,坚持兴国必先强师战略目标;要着力提高幼儿教师素质,夯实国民教育保障基础;切实提升幼儿教师待遇,促进教育公平有效落实。 In the past 70 years, construction of a preschool teacher team in China has experienced five stages: recovery and initial development;groping stage;stagnation;rapid development;and reform and innovation. Achievement has been made in certain aspects: the teacher quality has been gradually improved;composition of teachers is becoming more and more diversified;and more and more preschool education policies and regulations have come into effect. For future development, preschool teachers should be given more respect and better conditions and pay;more efforts should also be made to improve the quality of preschool teachers thus strengthen the foundation of national education and guarantee education equality.
