摘要 新中国成立以来,我国学前教育投入经历了以基层单位为基础的"分散性"投入到市场化投入再到以政府财政为主导投入的三个阶段,每一阶段的学前教育投入状况与当时的经济体制及对学前教育主要功能和属性的认识密切相联。学前教育投入主体、结构和方式在三个阶段均有自己的特点,对学前教育的发展产生了深刻影响。国家应对学前教育进行科学全面的定位,学前教育投入应以促进学前教育事业的健康发展为目标、充分发挥"政府"和"社会"的力量。 Since the founding of the PRC, China’s preschool education investment has gone through three stages, from "scattered" investment based on grass-roots units to market-oriented investment and then to investment dominated by government fund.The condition of investment in each stage is closely related to the economic system of the day and the understanding of the main functions and attributes of preschool education. The sources, structure and mode of investment had their own characteristics in each stage, which had a profound impact on the development of preschool education. The government should define and categorize preschool education in a scientific and comprehensive way. The investment in preschool education should aim at promoting the healthy development of preschool education and both state and private factors should play a part in it.
