转向与变革:专业认证视域下学前教育专业质量建设路径探析 被引量:23

摘要 学前教育专业认证的目的在于推进学前教育专业内涵式建设,改革培养体制机制,建立基于产出的持续改进质量保障机制和质量文化,推动师范院校学前教育专业质量建设路径的转向与变革,不断提高专业人才培养能力和培养质量。专业认证视域下学前教育专业质量建设的实践面向五个转向:学前教育专业人才培养的根本中心从教师中心转向学生中心;核心任务从学科导向转向产出导向;价值归属从结果评价转向持续改进;重要保障从行政监控转向多元共治;必然趋势从学校发展转向专业发展。为此,专业认证视域下高校学前教育专业质量建设的变革路径要立足于四个基于:基于学生中心重塑需要导向的培养目标,基于能力产出导向强化毕业要求的核心准绳,基于"五度"原则全面推进专业质量建设与管理;基于专业认证驱动专业持续改进与特色发展。 The aim of preschool education program accreditation is to promote the connotative construction of preschool education program;to reform the training system and mechanism;to establish an output-based quality assurance mechanism and a quality culture for continuous improvement;and to promote the reform in quality construction of preschool education programs in normal universities. From the perspective of program accreditation, quality construction faces four shifts: the training center shifts from teacher to students;the core task from discipline orientation to output orientation;the value attribution from result evaluation to continuous improvement;The basic guarantee from administrative supervision to multi-governance. Accordingly, the reform approaches are: 1) to update the training goal to be need-oriented based on student center;2) to be strict with graduation requirement criteria based on ability output orientation;3) to promote program quality construction and management based on the principle of "five degrees;" 4) to stimulate continuous improvement and characteristic development of the program based on program accreditation.
