耳聋胶囊联合抗生素治疗急性中耳炎肝胆火盛证的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Deafness Capsule combined with antibiotic in treating acute suppurative otitis media of liver-gallbladder hyperthermia syndrome

目的观察在常规抗生素治疗基础上加用耳聋胶囊对急性化脓性中耳炎(ASOM)肝胆火盛证的疗效影响。方法将72例(81耳)确诊为ASOM肝胆火盛证的患者随机分对照组和实验组,对照组(36例,40耳)使用抗生素滴耳,实验组(36例,41耳)在此基础上加用耳聋胶囊治疗,疗程14d。结果治疗后,实验组患者肝胆火盛证症状积分小于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者纯音听阈检查及病原菌清除率均优于对照组(P<0.05);临床总有效率方面,实验组95.1%,对照组80.5%,两组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均无明显不良反应。结论对于辨证为肝胆火盛的ASOM患者,在抗生素治疗的基础上加用耳聋胶囊,可以改善急性化脓性中耳炎肝胆火盛总体症候,进一步提高患者听力,加速鼓室黏膜恢复正常,其机制与耳聋胶囊清利肝胆、解毒排脓、协同消除病原菌有关。耳聋胶囊对于急性化脓性中耳炎辩证为肝胆火盛证的患者是值得推荐的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the effect of Deafness Capsule on acute suppurative otitis media(ASOM)of liver and gallbladder hyperthermia syndrome based on the antibiotic treatment.Methods 72 patients(81 ears)with ASOM of liver and gallbladder hyperthermia syndrome were randomly divided into control group(36 cases,40 ears)and experimental group(36 cases,41 ears).The control group was treated with antibiotic ear drops,the experimental group was treated with Deafness Capsule added.The therapeutic effect of the two groups at different time points was compared.Results After 14 days treatment,the clinical symptoms integral of the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hearing recovery and pathogenic bacteria clearance rate of the experimental group were both statistically better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.1%in the experimental group and it was 80.5%in the control group(P<0.05).Neither the experimental group nor the control group was found serious adverse reactions.Conclusion For ASOM patients of liver and gallbladder hyperthermia syndrome,adding Deafness Capsule on the routine antibiotics could improve the symptom of liver and gallbladder hyperthermia syndrome,further improve hearing and recovery of tympanic mucosa to normal.The mechanism is related to some effects of Deafness Capsule,which include clearing liver and gallbladder hyperthermia,detoxifying,removing sepsis and eliminating pathogens bacteria synergistically.Deafness Capsule is a recommendable therapy for patients with ASOM of liver and gallbladder hyperthermia syndrome.
