精细化脂肪处理方法在面部不同分区移植过程的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨应用不同物理处理脂肪方法用于面部各分区的临床效果;方法 术中从脂肪供区获取脂肪,采用不同侧孔孔径吸脂针和物理处理方法,制备高密度脂肪,小颗粒脂肪,乳糜化脂肪,脂肪胶;高密度脂肪用于额颞部,面颊,颧脂肪垫深层颧前间隙填充,小颗粒脂肪用于眼周填充,乳糜化脂肪用于静态纹填充;脂肪胶用于鼻部、下颏填充,结果 术后填充部位未出现一例硬结包块,肿胀程度低;103例得到有效回访,随访6个月至1年,其中25例患者进行了在6个月后进行了二次填充。结论 精细化制备脂肪术后并发症少,肿胀程度低,成活率高,尤其在鼻部、下颏部塑形能力强,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different physical methods of fat purification in different facial regions;Methods Fat was obtained from the fat donor area during the operation.Liposuction needles with different side hole diameters and physical treatment methods were used to prepare high-density fat,chyloid-fat,stromal vascular fraction(SVF),small partical fat for periocular filling,high-density fat for fronto-temporal,cheek and zygomatic space filling,SVF gel for nasal and submetal filling,and chyloid-fat for wrinkle filling.Result There was no sclerotic mass in the filling site after the operation,and the swelling degree was low.The satisfaction rate reached 60% was followed after three months.Conclusion The refined fat prepared by different fat treatment methods has fewer complications,lower swelling and higher survival rate,especially in the nose and chin,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
