面部软组织缺损采用中西医结合整形修复的疗效观察分析

Observation and analysis of the curative effect of plastic repair of facial soft tissue defect with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的 对面部软组织缺损采用局部皮瓣、皮肤移植、穿支皮瓣修复等方法,修复后的创面(创口)采用复春散2号抗瘢痕治疗,观察疗效。方法 20例病例均为2011年1月至2017年8月至本院整形美容科患者,其中外伤性缺损10例,面部赘生物或肿瘤切除后软组织缺损5例,烧伤或者创伤后瘢痕切除形成创面5例。根据患者不同部位和创周组织和重要器官分布,采用中厚皮片移植、局部皮瓣修复、穿支皮瓣修复等方法修复创口。观察皮片或者皮瓣存活,待拆线后,创口复春散二号外用六个月,随访观察创口瘢痕情况。结果 20病例皮瓣皮瓣均存活情况,未见明显皮瓣缺血和淤血。创口复春散二号外用6个月,创口未见瘢痕明显增生,创口瘢痕不明显,皮色淡质软与皮肤相近,无血管组织形成。结论面部软组织缺损采用局部皮瓣、皮肤移植、穿支皮瓣修复等方法,修复后的创面(创口)采用复春散2号抗瘢痕治疗,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Fuchunsan II anti-scar treatment on the repaired wound of facial soft tissue defect with local flap,skin transplantation and perforator flap.Methods 20 cases were all from January 2011 to August 2017 in the Department of plastic and aesthetic surgery of our hospital,including 10 cases of traumatic defect,5 cases of soft tissue defect after facial neoplasm or tumor resection,5 cases of burn or scar resection.According to the distribution of different parts,tissues and important organs,the wounds were repaired by medium thick skin graft,local skin flap repair and perforator skin flap repair.Observe the survival of skin or skin flap.After the suture is removed,Chuang Kou Fuchun II is used externally for six months.Follow up the scar condition of the wound.Results All flaps survived in 20 cases,and there was no obvious ischemia or congestion.Chuang Kou Fuchun II was used for 6 months,no obvious scar hyperplasia was found in the wound,no obvious scar was found in the wound,the skin color was light,soft and similar to the skin,no vascular tissue was formed.Conclusion Local skin flap,skin transplantation and perforator flap were used to repair the facial soft tissue defect,and FuchunsanII anti-scar treatment was used to treat the repaired wound.
