邻指皮瓣移植术的护理及满意度调查

Analysis of nursing effect and satisfaction degree of adjacent finger flap transplantation in patients with finger injury

目的分析邻指皮瓣修复手指外伤的护理方法及满意度。方法以2015年9月-2018年9月我院收治的160例手指外伤患者为研究对象,给予术后体位护理、保温护理、疼痛护理、严格观察皮瓣血运状况,密切观察皮瓣生长状况,做好早期康复护理和健康宣教,观察患者术后疼痛、切口愈合时间、感染情况、护理满意度及美学效果。结果患者移植术创面愈合时间为10~14d,拆线时间为6~7d,断蒂时间为术后14~21d、出院时间为15~20d,移植术后患者手指形态正常无畸形,不臃肿,颜色与邻近肤色一致或颜色与邻近皮肤相差较小、关节灵活性好、无明显瘢痕或瘢痕不明显、感觉功能正常或基本正常,预后均较好;患者术后疼痛程度(1.80±0.59)分、感染发生率8.75%(14/160);护理满意度95.00%(其中非常满意、满意与不满意分别为92、60、8例)。结论采用邻指皮瓣修复手外伤的手指外伤患者行有效的护理干预可以有效减轻其疼痛感,降低感染风险,美学效果较为理想,且患者的满意度高。

Objective To analyze the nursing methods and satisfaction of the adjacent finger flap in the repair of finger injury.Methods From September 2015 to September 2018,160 cases of finger trauma patients admitted to our hospital were taken as the research objects.They were given post-operative position nursing,heat preservation nursing,pain nursing,strict observation of flap blood circulation,close observation of flap growth,early rehabilitation nursing and health education,and observation of postoperative pain,incision healing time,infection,nursing satisfaction and aesthetic effect.Result The time of wound healing was 10-14 days,the time of suture removal was 6-7 days,the time of pedicle breaking was 14-21 days,and the time of discharge was 15-20 days.After transplantation,the shape of the fingers of the patients was normal without deformity,bloated,the color was the same as that of the adjacent skin or the color was slightly different from that of the adjacent skin,the joint was flexible,there was no obvious scar or scar,the sensory function was normal or basically normal The postoperative pain level (1.80±0.59) and infection rate were 8.75% (14/160) and 95.00% (92,60 and 8 cases were very satisfied,satisfied and dissatisfied respectively).Conclusion The effective nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain and the risk of infection,the aesthetic effect is ideal,and the patients’ satisfaction is high.
