Perioperative nursing for patients with modified pelvic floor reconstruction

目的总结改良盆底重建术患者围手术期护理措施及效果,为临床提供借鉴。方法对在我院接受改良盆底重建术的73例患者实施术前充分评估、协助完善术前检查及肠道阴道准备、盆底肌训练、做好术后病情观察、疼痛护理、预防并发症护理、加强心理疏导、健康宣教等护理措施。结果经系统围手术期护理,73例盆底重建术患者均顺利完成手术,治愈63例(86.30%),改善9例(12.33%),无效1例(1.37%)。术后5例出现排尿困难,3例出现尿失禁,1例出现深部血肿,并发症总发生率为12.33%,经对症处理后均好转。所有患者阴道创面愈合良好,随访3个月,无补片侵蚀、感染、盆底器官脱垂复发等。结论对改良盆底重建术患者实施系统、全面的围手术期护理是保证手术效果的关键,对预防术后并发症发生、提高患者自我护理能力、提升其生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective Summarize the perioperative nursing measures and effects of patients with modified pelvic floor reconstruction,and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods 73 patients who underwent modified pelvic floor reconstruction in our hospital were fully evaluated before surgery,assisted in improving preoperative examination and intestinal vaginal preparation,pelvic floor muscle training,postoperative condition observation,pain nursing,prevention of complications Strengthen psychological care,health education and other nursing measures.Results After perioperative nursing,73 patients underwent pelvic floor reconstruction successfully,63 cases (86.30%) were cured,9 cases (12.33%) were improved,and 1 case (1.37%) was ineffective.Five patients developed dysuria after operation,3 patients developed urinary incontinence,and 1 patient developed deep hematoma.The total incidence of complications was 12.33%,which improved after symptomatic treatment.All patients had a good vaginal wound healing,followed up for 3 months,no patch erosion,infection,recurrence of pelvic floor organ prolapse.Conclusion Systematic and comprehensive perioperative nursing for patients with modified pelvic floor reconstruction is the key to ensure the surgical results.It is of great significance to prevent postoperative complications,improve patients’ self-care ability and improve their quality of life.
