自体脂肪移植是整形外科医师诊疗中的应用武器,近期因其应用范围的扩大成为整形外科领域的热点,但脂肪移植的低存活率在一定程度上限制了它的使用。目前很多研究在如何提高脂肪移植存活率这一问题上取得了一定的进展。这里就脂肪移植存活机制和技术、提高脂肪存活率及脂肪移植的并发症的预防和治疗方面做一综述。

Autologous fat transplantation is an weapon in the treatment of plastic surgery field.Recently,it has become a hot topic because of its expansion of applications.However,its has been limited as the low survival rate of fat to some extent.Nowadays many studies have made a great progress on how to improve the survival rate of fat transplantation.This review focuses on the mechanisms and techniques of fat transplantation,the improvement of fat survival rate,the prevention and treatment of complications of fat transplantation.
