摘要
基于改良西门子法多晶硅生产过程具有高温、高压、易燃和易爆等危险特性,通过分析其生产工艺流程,对主要危险因素进行分析,并提出制定科学完善的安全生产管理制度、构建"双重预防体系"、加强安全自动化投入、提高应急处置水平等防控措施,进一步提高企业的安全防控能力。
Based on the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, inflammable and explosive in the polysilicon production by modified Siemens method, the main risk factors were analyzed by analyzing its production process, and the prevention and control measures of making scientific and perfect safety management system, building "double prevention system", strengthening safety automation investment and improving emergency level were proposed to improve the safety prevention and control ability of enterprises further.
