摘要
针对某铝加工厂的电泳涂漆型材成品率较低的问题,结合生产工艺流程,从人员、设备、原料、工艺和环境等方面,对色差太大、表面花斑、漆膜渣点、复合膜厚度薄和漆斑等废品缺陷的产生原因进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施,稳定了生产工艺,成品率由改进前的95.5%提高到96.986%,创造直接经济效益约15.22万元。
Aiming at the problem of low yield of electrophoretic coating profiles in an aluminum processing plant, combined with the production process, the causes of reject defects such as large color difference, surface speckles, convex of paint membrane, thin composite membrane and paint spots were analyzed from the aspects of personnel, equipment, raw materials, process and environment, and corresponding improvement measures were proposed to stabilize the production process, and the yield was increased from 95.5% to 96.986%, with economic benefits of 152 200 yuan.
