摘要 焦炉气制甲醇精脱硫系统因煤气中硫含量大幅偏离原设计,导致精脱硫系统氧化锌脱硫剂消耗大幅上升及一级加氢预转化器频繁更换。通过优化精脱硫工艺系统和更换脱硫剂,对原工艺系统进行技术改造,实现了甲醇系统在煤气中硫含量偏高时的低成本运行。 Pick To solve this problem, the consumption of zinc oxide desulfurizer and the frequent replacement of primary hydrogenation pre converter in the fine desulfurizing system of coke oven gas to methanol due to the large deviation of sulfur content in the gas from the original design. Through the analysis of the causes, the technical transformation of the original process system is carried out by optimizing the fine desulfurizing process system and replacing the desulfurizer, so as to realize the sulfur content deviation of the methanol system in the gas Low cost operation at high time.
