摘要
某自动化工厂应客户需求设计一种应用于液晶玻璃生产线上运输玻璃基板的叉车式自动导引小车(AGV)。针对目前AGV主要运输对象为中大型不易损坏的货物,不适用于运输精密易损的玻璃基板的问题,提出一种以碳纤维材料做手臂的AGV。并利用Solidworks软件对小车结构进行实体建模,以及ANSYS-Workbench软件对小车的托臂结构进行力学仿真,得出结构应力以及弯曲形变分析结果,验证实际设计的方案正确性,为小车的托臂设计提供理论基础。
a forklift automatic guided vehicle( A GV) for transporting glass substrate on LCD glass production line was designed in an automated factory according to customer requirements. Aiming at the problem that the forklift AGV mainly transports medium and large goods that are not easy to be damaged and is not suitable for transporting delicate and vulnerable glass substrates, this paper proposes an AGV car with carbon fiber as the arm. And Solidworks software is used for solid modeling of the trolley structure, and ANSYS-Workbench software is used for mechanical simulation of the trolley supporting arm structure, so as to obtain the structural stress and bending deformation analysis results, verify the correctness of the actual design scheme, and provide a theoretical basis for the trolley supporting arm design.
