摘要 为了解决“两高一低”(高瓦斯含量、高瓦斯压力、低透气性)突出煤层综采工作面的防突和瓦斯超限问题,新田煤矿在1402工作面下部硬煤进行深孔松动爆破抽放技术试验。该技术的应用增大了煤体裂隙和煤层透气性,扩大了抽放钻孔的影响范围,提高了工作面瓦斯抽采量,减少了钻孔的施工时间和瓦斯抽放时间,钻孔工程量减少了一半,瓦斯治理效果明显,经济技术效果显著。 In order to solve the problem of outburst prevention and gas overrun in the"two high and one low"(high content,high pressure and low permeability)outburst coal seam fully-mechanized mining face,deep hole loose blasting extraction technology test was carried out on the lower part of the 1402 working face in Xintian Coal Mine.The application of this technology increases the coal seam fissure and coal seam permeability,expands the influence range of the extraction borehole,improves the gas extraction amount of the working face,reduces the construction time of the drilling hole and the gas extraction time,and reduces half of drilling work.The gas control effect is obvious,and the economic and technical effects are remarkable.
