“三高一大”高强锚注支护工艺优化与应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 深部软岩巷道围岩本身强度低,自承能力差,具有易风化、遇水膨胀等特性,且应力水平高、来压快,导致巷道开挖后极易松动破碎,变形严重且持续时间长,难以实现巷道长期稳定。高强锚注支护技术采用高强锚注支护材料、高强抗缩性注浆材料、高压注浆模式对大范围围岩进行注浆加固,提高初期支护强度,采用最优化注浆参数和工艺实现浆液的全扩散和强固结,强化支护体系与围岩力学联系,在巷道周围形成不同深度和厚度的组合加固拱结构,提高围岩的整体性和承载能力,有效控制塑性区的发展和变形,保证了巷道长期稳定性。现场工程试验表明,采用高强锚注支护巷道围岩变形较小,帮部和顶部稳定性较好,对确保矿山的安全高效回采具有重要的意义。 The surrounding rock of the deep soft rock roadway itself has low strength,poor self-supporting capacity,easy weathering,swelling in contact with water and high stress levels and fast pressure.As a result,the roadway is easily loosened and broken after excavation,the deformation is serious and lasts a long time.It is difficult to achieve long-term stability of the roadway.High-strength anchor-grouting support technology uses high-strength anchor-grouting support material,high-strength anti-shrinkage grouting material,and high-pressure grouting mode to grout and strengthen a wide range of surrounding rocks to increase the initial support strength.Optimized grouting parameters and processes were used.it was realized the full diffusion and strong consolidation of the slurry,strengthen the mechanical connection between the support system and the surrounding rock,form a combination of different depths and thicknesses around the roadway to strengthen the arch structure,improve the integrity and bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,and effectively control the development of the plastic zone,deformation to ensure long-term stability of the roadway.Field engineering tests show that the surrounding rock with high-strength bolt-injection support has less deformation and better stability at the top and top,which is of great significance for ensuring safe and efficient mining in the mine.
