摘要
兆瓦级风力发电机变桨距轴承经常处于微动磨损状态,润滑条件苛刻,对变桨距轴承润滑脂进行了研制。通过对稠化剂,基础油和添加剂的筛选,确定了变桨距轴承润滑脂由12-羟基硬脂酸/癸二酸复合锂皂,合成基础油(80%PAOs+20%合成酯),1.0%的复合抗氧剂(0.50%的烷基二苯胺+0.50%的烷基酚),0.1%的噻二唑衍生物金属减活剂,3.0%的复合防锈剂(1.0%的烷基萘磺酸盐+2.0%的环烷酸盐)及2.65%的复合抗微动磨损添加剂(1.5%的硫代氨基甲酸盐+0.75%的磷酸酯+0.40%的有机钼)组成。变桨距轴承润滑脂的理化性能,抗微动磨损性能,摩擦学性能和轴承寿命试验均到达或超过了进口变桨距轴承润滑脂的水平。近5年的实际应用表明,变桨距轴承润滑脂的功率曲线与进口变桨距轴承润滑脂基本一致,能够满足兆瓦级风力发电机变桨距轴承的润滑要求。
The variable pitch bearing of megawatt wind turbine was often in fretting wear state,and the lubrication condition was harsh.The grease of variable pitch bearing was researched.Through the selection of thickener,base Stocks and additives,it was determined that the variable pitch bearing grease was composed of 12-hydroxystearic acid/sebacic acid complex lithium soap,synthetic base oil(80%PAOs+20%synthetic ester),1.0%complex antioxidant(0.50%alkyldiphenylamine+0.50%alkylphenol),0.1%metal deactivator of thiadiazole derivative,3.0%complex antirust agent(1.0%alkylnaphthalene sulfonate+2.0%cycloalkane acid salt)and 2.65%complex anti-fretting wear additive(1.5%thiocarbamate+0.75%phosphate+0.40%organic molybdenum).The physicochemical properties,fretting wear resistance,tribological properties and bearing life test of variable pitch bearing grease all reached or exceeded the level of imported variable pitch bearing grease.From the practical application in the past 5 years,it was showed that the power curve of the variable pitch bearing grease was basically the same as that of the imported variable pitch bearing grease,which could meet the lubrication requirements of the variable pitch bearing of megawatt wind turbine.
