摘要
对大导程内螺旋结构加工方法进行研究,分析内螺旋结构的工艺特点及加工难点,通过与传统车削加工方法的对比,提出一种大导程内螺旋结构的加工新方法。采用立式加工中心,通过改变主轴运动方式,铣削完成了这种特殊螺旋构件的加工,给类似内螺旋构件加工提供了参考。
The processing method of steep-lead internal helix was studied. The technical characteristics and the processing difficulties of the internal helix were analyzed. By comparing with traditional processing methods,a new method of steep-lead internal helix processing was put forward. By means of vertical machining center and changing the motion mode of spindle,the special component was milled. It provides reference for similar internal helix machining.
