新能源与区域电网协调发展的综合评价研究 被引量:11

摘要 从电力系统运行的环节对新能源电源与区域电网协调规划模式进行了界定和分析,构建了一套能够反映二者协调发展的综合评价指标体系;通过权重优化组合模型实现了层次分析法和熵权法的组合优化,得到了各层指标最终的组合权重;以此构建了相应的综合评价模型,并利用该模型对全国及甘肃、河北等五个省份的新能源与区域电网的协调发展情况进行了动态评价和监测,得出的主要结论为:全国总体及甘肃、河北等五个省份的新能源与电网总的协调发展程度基本呈现逐年上升的趋势,其中河北在发电、输配、调度、用电等各个环节协调度均高于全国平均水平,新疆在各个环节的协调度与全国有较明显的差距,其他三省各个环节的协调度与全国差距不大。 The coordinated planning mode of new energy power supply and regional power grid is defined and analyzed from the operation of power system,and constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system that can reflect the coordinated development of the them.The combined model realizes the combination optimization of the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method,and obtains the final combined weight of each layer of indicators.Thus,the corresponding comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,and the model is used in the five provinces of China,Gansu and Hebei.The coordinated development of new energy and regional power grids is evaluated and monitored dynamically.The main conclusions drawn are as follows:the total coordinated development of new energy and power grids in the five provinces of Gansu and Hebei,China,has shown an increasing trend year by year.Among them,coordination in power generation,transmission and distribution,dispatching,and electricity use in Hebei are all higher than average.The coordination degree of Xinjiang in various links has a clear gap with the whole country.The coordination degree of each link in other three provinces is not much different from that in the whole country.
