摘要
"工匠精神"体现着一种劳作中的精神状态,是指劳动者专注于劳作,既得到精妙绝伦的产品,又伴随着心灵的愉悦和精神境界的提升。"工匠精神"的文化渊源可以一直追溯到先秦,《庄子》中有对"工匠精神"淋漓尽致的展现,"工匠精神"的本质是艺术精神,是解除了主体与自身、对象及世界之间的对抗,超脱了功利束缚的自由精神,它也代表了道家最高人格理想的实现。
"Craftsmanship Spirit" embodies a spirit state of work which means that the craftsman focuses on work,not only makes wonderful products,but also enjoys the spiritual pleasure and elevates his spiritual state. "Craftsmanship Spirit" could be traced back to the Former Qin Dynasty. It was vividly described in Chuang Tzu."Craftsmanship Spirit" is actually the spirit of art which could resolve the confrontation between subject and self,object and the world. It is the spirit of freedom that could release oneself from the bondage of utilitarianism. It also represents the realization of the optimal Taoist personality.
