焦炉煤气制氢工艺中程控阀内漏故障的分析

摘要 程控阀以其特有的优势而被广泛应用于焦炉煤气制氢工艺。本文结合鞍钢焦炉煤气制氢系统运行实践,系统分析了程控阀内漏对产品氢气质量、产量及检修成本造成的影响,提出了程控阀离线、在线判断内漏的原则方法,并简述了程控阀常见故障的排除方法。 Program controlled valve is widely used in hydrogen production process of coke oven gas due to its unique advantages.Based on the operation practice of coke oven gas hydrogen production system in AnSteel,this paper systematically analyzes the effect of internal leakage of program-controlled valve on product hydrogen quality,output and maintenance cost,puts forward the principle and method of off-line and on-line judgment of internal leakage of program-controlled valve,and outlines the troubleshooting methods for common faults of program-controlled valves.
