摘要
叙述了测量铁矿石膨胀率时所用三组分混合气的分压法制备及气相色谱法定值的详细过程,避免了分压法制备时直接使用理想气体定律造成的较大量值误差,也无需考虑用压缩系数修正过程中比较麻烦的计算,又能保证各组分量值的准确性,对此类混合气的生产有较高的参考意义。
This paper describes the detailed process of preparation of three-component mixture and the fixed value of gas chromatography for the measurement of expansion rate of iron ore by the partial pressure method.This process avoids the big value errors caused by direct use of ideal gas law in the preparation of partial pressure method,does not need to consider the troublesome calculation in correction of compression coefficient,and can ensure the accuracy of each component value,to provide high reference value for production of such mixture gas.
