摘要
针对我国日益严格的污染物排放标准以及环保超低排放要求,介绍了盐酸再生装置污染物排放控制技术及进展。分析了现有盐酸再生系统中污染物排放超标的因素,剖析了酸再生系统的污染物的控制技术和原理。为目前运行的盐酸再生机组污染物排放控制和现有酸再生机组的环保改造项目提供思路和参考,并对超低排放控制技术的发展进行了展望。
In view of the increasingly stringent pollutant emission standards and environmental protection ultra-low emission requirements in China,this paper introduces the pollutant emission control technology of hydrochloric acid regeneration unit and its progress.The factors for pollutant emission exceeding the standard in the existing hydrochloric acid regeneration system and the control technology for pollutants in acid regeneration system and its principle are analyzed.It provides ideas and reference for the pollutant emission control of hydrochloric acid regeneration unit and environmental protection transformation projects of existing acid regeneration unit,and prospects the development of ultra-low emission control technology.
