摘要
我国基础教育均衡发展存在困难,西部少数民族地区基础教育尤为滞后。解决这一问题的关键,是西部地区自身师资队伍的培养。教师的培养除了师范教育,更多的是职后培养。根据西部少数民族地区实际,结合12年的探索与实践,总结出西部少数民族地区基础教育教师职后培养的3个原则、5个步骤、7种措施,并运用于教育精准帮扶,具有显著的效果,提高了西部少数民族地区基础教育师资专业水平,提升了当地教育教学质量。
China are faced with many difficulties in the balanced development of basic education, with its western minority areas especially less developed. The key to solving this problem is the post-service training for the teachers in western minority areas.Besides normal education, more attention should be paid to their post-service training. This study is mainly based on the sample of QianXiNan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province. After the exploration and practice for 12 years, the study sums up 3 principles, 5 steps and 7 measures for the elementary teachers’ post-service training in western minority areas, using the method to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation,effectively improving the teachers’ professional level and thus positively promoting the school-running level and teaching quality of the local elementary education in western minority areas.
