摘要
钢厂、火电厂和化工厂等工业厂区内的电缆隧道设置大量的动力和控制电缆,这些电缆长期运行,极易发生火灾事故。然而,电缆隧道火灾自动报警系统调试时,技术人员发现隧道的防火阀、送风风机、声光警报器等被控设备出现延迟动作或拒动作情况。结合工程实例,探讨被控设备出现延迟动作或者拒绝动作的原因,并提出解决方案。
Power and control cables are frequently used in cable tunnels of industrial areas including steel works,thermal power plants and chemical plants.These cables can easily cause fire after long-term operations.However,technicians often find delayed or rejected actions of controlled devices such as fire valves,air supply fans,acoustic and optical alarms,etc.in cable tunnels when testing automatic fire alarm systems in these tunnels.Research is thus conducted on causes of delayed or rejected actions of controlled devices based on engineering cases and solutions are provided accordingly.
