摘要 科学的环境风险筛选不仅对企业的正常生产运营提供环境安全方面指导,也对企业周边生态环境稳定具有重大的意义.采用TOPSIS法筛选石油化工企业风险因素,最终筛选出12个风险,运用层次分析法计算出各个风险的权重,结果表明,石油化工风险评价权重排序依次是安全管理措施(0.5584)、危险化学品及工艺(0.3196)、受体敏感(0.1220),说明石化企业在生产运营过程中应加强安全管理,提高安全管理人员的业务水平和安全管理意识,加强对危险化学品的日常监管,为企业周边生态可持续发展保驾护航. According to the Report on Investment Analysis and Prospect Forecast of China’s Petrochemical Industry in 2019-2023,it is pointed out that China is the country with the greatest demand for petrochemical products,and the growing industry requires enterprises to have more advanced production facilities and technologies,and more storage space for raw and auxiliary products.It is particularly important to curb the emergence of environmental safety problems under the current environmental trend.Yes.Scientific environmental risk screening not only provides guarantee and guidance for the normal production and operation of enterprises,but also has great significance for social stability.In this paper,the TOPSIS method is used to screen the risk factors of petrochemical enterprises,and 12 risks are screened out.The weights of each risk are calculated by analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the weights of petrochemical risk assessment are safety management measures(0.5584),hazardous chemicals and processes(0.3196),and receptor sensitivity(0.1220),which indicate that petrochemical enterprises should pay attention to these risks in the process of production and operation.With the idea of safety first,we should improve the professional level and safety management consciousness of safety management personnel,strengthen the daily supervision of hazardous chemicals,and escort the sustainable development of enterprise ecology.
