摘要
采用共面波导型钛酸锶钡(BST)铁电薄膜移相器作为工作于16 GHz的1×4微带贴片天线阵的移相单元,利用全波电磁仿真软件,对加载BST铁电薄膜移相器的天线阵进行建模、仿真和优化.研究结果表明:加载BST铁电薄膜移相器的天线阵辐射方向可随铁电薄膜介电常数的变化而发生显著的改变,通过改变BST铁电薄膜的介电常数,实现了天线阵辐射方向性±10°转向及相控天线阵的移相特性.
The coplanar waveguide loaded with BST ferroelectric thin film is used as a phase shifter unit of a 1×4 rectangular patch antenna array. The antenna array loaded with BST ferroelectric thin film phase shifter is modeled, simulated and optimized by employing full-wave EM simulator. Results show that the phase shifter can steer the radiation beam of the antenna arrayto both negative and positive scan angles by changing the dielectric constant of ferroelectric thin films, thus realizing a phased array antenna.
