摘要
马克思主义意识形态话语权与人民主体地位具有内在的一致性,马克思主义意识形态话语权是人民的话语权,依靠人民建设,并由人民作为话语权威的最终裁判者。当下的意识形态话语权建设中人民主体地位一定程度被虚无化、虚假化,全面落实人民主体地位的意识形态话语权建设要在权利与责任相统一的基础上创新意识形态话语权建设理念,构建多元协同共治的意识形态话语权治理格局。
The discourse power of Marxist ideology is internally consistent with the subject status of the people.It is owned by the people,built by the people,and the people are the ultimate arbiters of discourse authority.In the current construction of the ideological discourse power,however,the people s subject status is nihilized and falsified,to some extent.In order to fully implement the principal position of the people,we should innovate the construction concept of ideological discourse power on the basis of the unification of rights and responsibilities,and construct the governance pattern of ideological discourse power under multiple cooperative governance.
