创业政策支持对大学生再创业意向的影响机制及优化路径研究

Research of the Mechanism of the Impact of Entrepreneurship Support Policy on College Students’ Renewed Entrepreneurial Intentions and the Corresponding Optimization Path

明确创业政策对大学生再创业意向的影响机理是学术界和产业界共同关注的问题。基于云南省多家众创空间与EMBA、MBA联盟、创新创业大赛参赛企业的样本团队,运用实证方法分析创业支持政策影响大学生再创业意向内在机理的结果显示,失败学习在创业政策促进大学生创业意向的过程具有中介作用,同时大学生的强关系社会网络在其中起到了调节作用,但弱关系网络尚未形成显著的调节影响。在此基础上,提出针对大学生创业失败特征完善政策支持内容、关注强弱关系创业网络在不同阶段的政策效应放大影响,促进政策导向从初次创业扶持推进到再创业意愿提升的优化路径。

It is a common concern of academics and industry to clarify the mechanism of the impact of entrepreneurial policies on college students renewed entrepreneurial intentions.Based on a number of creative spaces in Yunnan Province,EMBA,MBA Alliance,and the sample teams participating in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,this paper uses empirical research methods to analyze the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial support policies on college students renewed entrepreneurial intentions.The results show that failure learning has a mediating effect on the process of entrepreneurial policy to promote entrepreneurial intentions.At the same time,the strong social network of college students plays a regulatory role,but the weak relationship network has not yet formed a significant regulatory impact.On this basis,the author proposes an optimization path:improving the policy support content for undergraduates entrepreneurial failure characteristics,focusing on the policy effects of the entrepreneurial network of strong and weak relationships at different stages,and promoting the policy orientation from initial entrepreneurial support to re-enterprise willingness fostering.
