高职建筑工程技术专业学生职业安全素质培养模式研究

Research on the Cultivating Mode of Occupational Safety Quality of Architectural Engineering Technology Majors in Higher Vocational Education

建筑行业对从业人员职业安全素质具有特别高的要求,文章探索一种贯穿于人才培养全过程与强化训练相结合的职业安全素质培养模式。加大职业安全素质培养教学设施、环境等条件建设,改革教学方式,增强职业安全素质培养效果,使高职建筑工程技术专业学生毕业时具备职业岗位的安全素质要求。

The construction industry has particularly high requirements to the professional safety quality of the employees.The article explores a kind of vocational safety quality training mode which runs through the whole process of personnel training and intensive training.We should strengthen the construction of teaching facilities for vocational safety quality training,environment and other conditions,reform the teaching methods,enhance the effect of vocational safety quality training,so that students of higher vocational construction engineering and technology major can meet the safety quality requirements of professional posts when they graduate.
