公平正义观是为了达到未来共产主义社会的“各尽所能,按需分配”,以实现每个人都能够自由而全面的发展为标志的一种思想观念。古往今来,人们从未放弃对公平和正义的追求,这凝聚着人们的一种美好愿望,同时也是马克思的崇高理想。随着时代的进步,社会中分配不均的问题日益凸显,随之而来的各种社会问题也不断涌现,因此,运用马克思主义理论中关于公平正义的理论,探讨当代中国的社会形势,对新时期构建和谐社会具有深远的意义。

The concept of fairness and justice is to achieve the future communist society of"each tries according to his ability,distribute according to his needs",to achieve the free and comprehensive development of everyone as a sign of an idea.Throughout the ages,people never give up the pursuit of fairness and justice,which condenses a kind of good wish of people,and is also the lofty ideal of Marx.With the progress of the times,the problem of uneven distribution in the society is increasingly prominent,and various social problems are emerging.Therefore,using the theory of fairness and justice in Marxist theory to explore the social situation in contemporary China has far-reaching significance for the construction of a harmonious society in the new era.
