摘要
为研究不同比例糯玉米和普玉米的混贮效果,本试验以稼泰糯玉米和稼泰普玉米为原料,按10:0、7:3、5:5、3:7、0:105种比例混合青贮,于60 d后的同一时间点开封取样,并检测青贮样品的营养成分、发酵品质和菌群数量,以明确糯玉米与普玉米混贮效果,为进一步开发和利用糯玉米提供科学依据。结果表明:糯玉米单独青贮效果不佳,添加普玉米可显著降低青贮饲料中中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维以及丁酸含量和氨态氮/总氮的比值,同时能够提高干物质和可溶性碳水化合物的含量。当糯玉米和普玉米按3:7混贮时,效果最佳。
In order to study the mixed silage effect of different proportions of waxy corn and corn,the experiment used the waxy corn and the corn as raw materials.Mix the silage at 10:0,7:3,5:5,3:7 and 0:10,and the nutrition composition of silage samples,the quality of silage fermentation,and the number of silage microbe were detected at the same time after 60 d,and to provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of waxy corn.The results showed that waxy corn was not effective in silage alone,and that the content of neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,butyric acid and the ratio of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in silage could be significantly reduced by adding common corn,the dry matter and soluble carbohydrate content could be increased.Among them,3:7 mixed storage effect was the best.
