牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对泌乳奶牛血清理化指标及生产性能的影响

Effects of peony flower enzyme residue on serum physicochemical indexes and production performance of lactating dairy cows

为研究牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对泌乳奶牛血清理化指标及生产性能的影响,试验选取体重、泌乳时间、产奶量比较接近的40头泌乳中后期奶牛,将其分为4组,每组10头,预试期3 d,试验期18 d,后试期1 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,三个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、3%、5%的牡丹鲜花酶渣滓,对其血清理化指标及牛奶产量、牛奶成分进行测试,结果表明:牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对奶牛没有副作用,且可改善奶牛泌乳功能,提高牛奶品质,本试验条件下,添加3%的牡丹鲜花酶渣滓效果最好。

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of peony flower enzyme residue on serum physicochemical indexes and production performance of lactating dairy cows.Forty dairy cows with similar body weight,lactation time and milk yield were selected and divided into four groups.Each group had 10 cows for 3 days in advance and 18 days in trial.The later trial period was 1 day with the same basic diet.The three groups added 1%,3%and 5%peony fresh flower enzyme dregs,respectively.The serum physicochemical indexes,milk yield and milk composition were tested.The results showed that peony fresh flower enzyme residue has no side effects on dairy cows,and could improve milk production function and milk quality.Under this experimental condition,adding 3%peony fresh flower enzyme residue has the best effect.
