基于Pro/E的发射装置设计数据快速转化方法

摘要 针对发射装置产品在设计过程中由于三维建模环境和二维工程图环境割裂而造成的三维设计数据向二维设计数据转化效率低、错误率高的问题,本文在提出发射装置三维设计数据模型和二维设计数据模型的基础上,结合Pro/E软件的功能特点,构建了由视图映射、继承映射、统计映射和衍生映射4种映射方法组成的设计数据快速转化方法,实现发射装置三维设计数据模型向二维设计数据模型的快速转化。利用Pro/E软件提供的相关工具,开发了快速转化工具,验证该方法的合理性和可行性。 Aiming at the problem of low conversion efficiency and high error rate of 3D design data caused by the separation of the 3D modeling environment and the 2D engineering environment during the design process of the launch device product,this paper proposes a three-dimensional design data model and a two-dimensional design data model for launchers.Then,a fast transformation method of design data consisting of four mapping methods:view mapping,inheritance mapping,statistical mapping and derivative mapping is constructed to realize the rapid transformation of the three-dimensional design data model of the launch device to the two-dimensional design data model.Subsequently,using the related tools provided by Pro/E software,a rapid conversion tool was developed to verify the rationality and feasibility of the method.
