航空发动机主轴轴承表面粗糙度与滑蹭损伤关联性研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对某型航空发动机主轴轴承试车频发打滑蹭伤,采用抛修处理后附加试车中滑蹭率显著下降的现象,为探究表面粗糙度与滚动轴承滑蹭损伤的关联性,现场跟踪测量轴承从热装、跳动和漏油试验、转子的工艺平衡及总平衡后的真实表面粗糙度,并利用MDS和PCA统计学方法对测量数据进行分析。结果表明:总平衡结束后测得表面粗糙度数值要稍大于其他工序所得数据;轴承试车及附加试车发生的滑蹭大多集中分布在表面粗糙度值为0.04~0.06μm的区间内;MDS降维处理结果表明所有表面粗糙度数据之间能有效地保持联系,并具有高维数据的特征信息,可以验证数据的有效性;PCA降维处理结果则表明转子工艺平衡及总平衡工序引起的表面粗糙度变化对轴承滑蹭损伤的影响要大于其他工序。 The skidding damage of a certain type of aero-engine spindle bearings occurred frequently during trial run,and the skidding rate is significantly decreased during additional trial run after polishing repairing.In order to explore correlation between surface roughness and skidding damage of rolling bearings,the actual surface roughness of the bearings after hot charging,runout and leakage oil test,process balance of rotor and total balance is in-situ tracked and measured.Then,the measured data is analyzed by MDS and PCA statistical methods.The results show that the measured value of surface roughness after total balance is slightly larger than that obtained by other processes.The skidding occurred during trial run and additional trial run is distributed mainly in the bearings with roughness value ranging from 0.04 to 0.06μm.The MDS dimensionality reduction results show that all roughness data is correlated effectively,and the validity of data is verified by using characteristic information of high-dimensional data.The PCA dimensionality reduction results show that the change of roughness caused by process balance of rotor and total balance process has more influence on skidding damage of the bearings than that caused by other processes.
