RICP技术中氢气溶解度的研究

摘要 基于渣油加氢试验数据,采用Aspen Plus软件建立了固定床渣油加氢热高压分离器的氢气-渣油-芳烃气液平衡体系,考察了溶剂萘、蒽、、芘、FCC回炼油对液相溶解氢量的影响。结果表明:当加入芳烃溶剂后,液相的氢溶解度增加;加氢处理后,液相的氢溶解度增加。基于加入芳香性溶剂有利于沥青质稳定性的认识,进一步发现,液相氢溶解度增大对沥青质稳定性是不利因素。研究结果对RICP技术中芳烃对沥青质稳定性的作用有了更深入的认识。 The vapor-liquid equilibrium of H2-residue-aromatics of RHT process was built based on the Aspen Plus software,which aims at figuring out the influence of various kinds of aromatics as solvent on the amount of soluble hydrogen in the liquid phase.Naphthalene,anthracene,chrysene,pyrene,and HCO were tested.The results showed that hydrogen solubility in the liquid phase increased after the addition of aromatics solvent;hydrogenation of residue resulted in the further raise of hydrogen solubility in residue compared with the residue feedstock.Based on the knowledge that aromatic solvents are in favor of asphaltene stability,it was found that the increase of hydrogen solubility has negative effect on the asphaltene stability.The results provide a deeper understanding of the effect of aromatic hydrocarbons on the stability of asphaltenes in RICP process.
