黑臭河道底泥烧结透水砖与性能研究 被引量:11

摘要 以黑臭河道底泥为主要材料,分别对其进行550℃煅烧和非煅烧预处理,辅以粗骨料、粉煤灰、水玻璃和废玻璃在高温下烧结成两种透水砖。研究了底泥掺量、成型压力、保温时间对两种透水砖的抗压强度和透水性能的影响。结果表明在底泥掺量20%~60%区间,采用未经煅烧处理的底泥制备的透水砖最高抗压强度为22.8 MPa,透水系数1.55×10^-2 cm/s,达不到JC/T 945-2005《透水砖》抗压强度要求。采用煅烧处理的底泥制备的透水砖在污泥掺量为44%时,达到最大抗压强度37.5 MPa,同时透水系数为1.68×10^-2 cm/s,符合JC/T 945-2005《透水砖》Cc35要求。成型压力和保温时间对两种透水砖的性能影响规律相似,皆表现为抗压强度随成型压力的增加而增加,透水系数随成型压力的增加而减少;抗压强度随保温时间的增加而增加,透水系数随保温时间的增加,先增加后减少。 The black stinky river sediment was used as the main material,and the 550 ℃ calcination and non-calcination pretreatment were respectively carried out. Further adding coarse aggregate, fly ash, water glass and waste glass, and sintering into two kinds of permeable bricks at high temperature. The effects of sediment content, molding pressure and holding time on the compressive strength and water permeability of the two permeable bricks were studied. The results show that the highest compressive strength of the permeable brick prepared by the uncalcined sediment is 22.8 MPa and the water permeability coefficient is 1.55×10-2 cm/s in the range of 20%-60% of the sediment content.It can not meet the compressive strength requirements of JC/T 945-2005 about permeable brick. The permeable brick prepared by calcining the bottom mud has a maximum compressive strength of 37.5 MPa when the sludge content is 44%, and the water permeability coefficient is 1.68×10-2 cm/s, which conforms to Cc35 requirements of JC/T 945-2005 about permeable brick. The forming pressure and holding time have similar effects on the performance of the two permeable bricks. Both of them show that the compressive strength increases with the increase of the forming pressure, and the water permeability coefficient decreases with the increase of the forming pressure. The compressive strength increases with the increase of the holding time, and the water permeability coefficient increases first and then decreases with the increase of the holding time.
