FCC废催化剂制备泡沫陶瓷

摘要 以流化床催化裂化(FCC)废催化剂为主料、氧化铝微粉为辅料、棕榈酸甘油酯为发泡剂、氧化铝纤维为增强剂,直接发泡制备泡沫陶瓷;通过正交试验,考察了发泡剂、助凝剂、粉料配比和纤维用量对泡沫陶瓷孔径和真气孔率的影响;研究了烧成温度对试样隔热性能和重烧线变化的影响;采用体视显微镜、X射线衍射仪、万能材料试验机等对试样的结构性能进行表征。结果表明,当原料质量比为FCC废催化剂∶氧化铝微粉∶淀粉∶发泡剂∶氧化铝纤维=70∶35∶14∶4∶12,烧结温度为1500℃时,可制得密度较低、孔径较小、隔热和耐温性能较好的泡沫陶瓷。 Closed foamed ceramic was prepared by direct foaming method using the waste FCC catalysts as raw material,glyceroltripalmitate as foaming agent, alumina fiber as reinforcement. The sample was characterized by microscope, XRD and universal testing machine. The orthogonal test was set to explore the effects of foaming agent, coagulant aid, powder ratio and fiber on the pore size and porosity of closed cell ceramic foam. And the effects of sintering temperature on heat insulation performance and linear change on reheating were also explored. The results show that when the sintering temperature is 1500 ℃, the ratio of waste FCC catalyst∶alumina powder∶starch∶foaming agent∶alumina fiber=70∶35∶14∶4∶12, the closed foamed ceramics with higher porosity, smaller pore size, better heat insulation performance and better line shrinkage properties can be produced.
