摘要
以Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS)系统微晶玻璃为研究对象,探究低Li2O掺量(4.13wt%)时析晶温度对微晶玻璃的影响,成功制备出超低热膨胀系数的微晶玻璃。利用XRD、DSC、FTIR、SEM研究了微晶玻璃内部的晶相组成、显微结构。结果表明:在Li2O含量为4.13wt%时,随着析晶温度的提高,平均热膨胀系数(CTE)呈现逐渐增加的趋势,而抗折强度和显微硬度也呈现逐渐增大的趋势。综合分析最佳析晶温度为800℃,此时微晶玻璃的热膨胀系数最小且均为负值,30~300℃、30~400℃、30~500℃温度段的平均CTE值分别为-4.216×10-7/℃、-2.500×10-7/℃、-0.931×10-7/℃。
The glass-ceramics of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS) system were studied. The effect of crystallization temperature on the glass-ceramics was investigated. The ultra-low CTE of glass-ceramics was successfully prepared. The crystal phase composition and microstructure of the glass-ceramics were studied by XRD, DSC, FTIR and SEM. The results show that when the content of Li2O is 4.13 wt%, the average CTE increases with the increase of crystallization temperature, and the flexural strength and microhardness also tend to increase. The best crystallization temperature is 800 ℃. The CTE of glass-ceramics is the smallest and negative. The average CTE values of 30-300 ℃, 30-400 ℃, 30-500 ℃ are-4.216×10-7/℃,-2.500×10-7/℃,-0.931×10-7/℃, respectively.
