Cure Fraction Estimation of Length-Biased and Right-Censored Sampling Random Data under Mixture Cure Model

混合治愈模型在生存分析、医学统计中是一类很适用的模型,其总体包含治愈部分个体,对于部分个体的生存时间被一个均匀分布的随机时间截断,且带有右删失的复杂情形,本文提出了新的非参数估计量来估计治愈率。在常规的条件下,可以证明该估计量具有相合性和渐近正态性。

Mixture cure model is a kind of very suitable statistical model in some fields such as survival analysis and medical statistics,which includes some cured individuals.In this paper,the survival time of some individuals is truncated by a uniformly distributed random time with right censoring.We propose a new nonparametric estimator to estimate the cure rate based on the latest research results under some normal conditions,then the consistency and asymptotic normality of the proposed estimator have been obtained.
