新中国成立70年来,中国民营经济总体上呈现"U"型发展轨迹,是推动经济与社会发展的重要力量。70年里,民营经济经历了1949-1952年的恢复生产阶段、1953-1977年的社会改造阶段、1978-1991年的改革发展阶段、1992-2002年的快速发展阶段、2002-2012年的科学发展阶段、2012年至今的高质量发展阶段。新中国民营经济发展的启示主要有:坚持党的领导是根本保证;解放思想是必要前提;尊重群众首创精神是不竭力量;营造优良营商环境是决定因素;弘扬优秀企业家精神是内生动力。从新时期到新时代,中国民营经济要践行创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念,推动经济高质量发展。

In the 70 years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's private economy has shown a "U"-shaped development trajectory on the whole,which is an important force to promote economic and social development.During 70 years,private economy has went through the restoration of production from 1949 to 1952,the stage of social transformation from 1953 to 977,the stage of reform and development from 978 to 99 ,the stage of rapid development from!992 to 2002,the stage of scientific development from 2002 to 2012,and the stage of high-quality development from 2012 to the present.The enlightenments of the development of New China's private economy include:insisting on the Party's leadership as a fundamental guarantee,emancipating the mind as a necessary prerequisite,respecting the masses'pioneering spirit as an inexhaustible force,creating a good business environment as the determining factor,promoting outstanding entrepreneurship as an endogenous motivation.In the new era,China's private economy must practice the new development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness,and sharing to promote high-quality economic development.
