家庭农场多元化经营与收入的相关性研究--以H市家庭农场为例

Research on Correlation Between Diversified Managements of Family Farm and Income--Taking H City Family Farm as an Example

梳理家庭农场多元化经营研究的最近研究成果和相关理论,采用案例分析方法分析H市家庭农场的典型案例,通过描述性统计分析系统研究家庭农场的收入、规模和农场主教育水平,建立相关指标对家庭农场多元化经营和收入作相关性分析。结果表明,因地制宜采用适当经营模式,可克服中小型家庭农场规模不经济的发展瓶颈,多元化经营模式即为其中一种,且家庭农场的多元化经营程度、家庭农场的收入水平和农场主的教育水平之间均呈正相关关系。因此,应鼓励创新家庭农场经营模式,加快土地流转,加大农民职业技能培训力度,结合实际发展具有当地特色的家庭农场。

According to the recent research results, the research and related theories of family farm diversification have been sorted out, then two typical cases of family farm in H City had been analyzed and compared in details by case analyses method, and the income, scale and education level of farmers had been systematically studied by descriptive statistical analysis method. Finally, relevant indicators had been established to analyze the correlation between family farm diversification and income. The results showed that adopting appropriate management modes according to local conditions could overcome the bottleneck of the uneconomical development of small and medium-sized family farms, and the diversified management mode was one of them. In addition, there was a positive correlation among the diversification level of family farms, income level of family farms and education level of farmers. Therefore, the government should encourage the innovation of the management mode of family farms, speed up the transfer of land, increase the vocational skills training of farmers, and develop family farms with local characteristics in combination with the actual situation.
