摘要
膜萃取是结合膜材料和萃取实现高效、绿色分离提取有价物质的膜技术.本文概括了近10年团队在为解决膜萃取稳定性,在耐溶剂、耐酸高分子膜材料方面的研究成果.研究发现,半结晶高聚物乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVAL)和聚醚醚酮(PEEK)是针对有机萃取剂和强酸反萃体系合适的膜材料.为了降低膜传质阻力,利用相分离成膜过程中液-液和固-液相分离共存的特点,通过控制两种相分离动力学,实现膜结构和扩散阻力的优化.以青海盐湖高镁锂比卤水提锂为实例,完成了膜萃取和膜反萃用膜材料制备的基础研究工作,为进一步开发膜器件和工艺奠定了材料和理论基础.
Membrane extraction(ME)is hybrid membrane process combining membrane materials and liquid-liquid extraction.ME is an environmentally friendly green sustainable process for separation of valuable compound.This paper summarizes our research progress of solvent and acid resistant membranes for improving process stability in the last ten years.We discovered a series of versatile semicrystalline polymers,poly(ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol,EVAL)and poly(ether ether ketone,PEEK)as the most suitable materials with high stability in organic extractant and strong acid.To reduce the mass transfer resistance,both liquid-liquid and solid-liquid phase separation processes were manipulated to improve the membrane structure and diffusion resistance.Based on the extraction of lithium from high Mg/Li brine from Qinghai Salt Lake,we accomplished prepared solvent and acid resistant PEEK membrane for both extraction and stripping.Present work paved a solid theoretical and material foundation for future development of membrane module and systems for extraction of precious metals.
