摘要 目前的剩余油测试技术各有特点,但还不能满足生产实际需要。一种新型套管井地层测试器电缆输送自排液式分层测压取样器,为解决老油田寻找剩余油提供了新的有效手段。该地层测试器将八参数测井仪、存储试井仪、微型电泵、双封隔器、双取样器集成,将测井与试井相结合,将抽排液泵与井下测试仪相组合,液压技术与可重复使用的膨胀式封隔器组合,将多参数仪器与井下取样器组合。封隔器卡距可变,以满足不同厚度地层测试的需要。该地层测试器已经在现场多次应用,取得了很好的效果,为老油田调整挖潜、降耗增效发挥了重要作用。 Current residual oil testing technologies have their own characteristics,but they can not meet the actual needs of production.A new cased well formation tester,a separate pressure sampler which uses cable to convey data and can drain liquid by itself,provides an effective means to find the remaining oil in old oilfields.The formation tester is a compact tool integrating an eight-parameter logging tool,a storage well tester,a micro-pump,a double-packer with a double-tester,integrating logging with testing,the ground pump with the downhole tool,hydraulic technology with reusable expansion packer,and the multi-parameter tool with the downhole sampler.The packer interval is variable to adapt the formations with different thickness.The formation tester has been used in field for many times,and has achieved good results.It has played an important role in tapping the potentials,reducing the costs and increasing the development efficiency of old oilfields.
