计及低碳效益的配电网降损方案组合优化模型 被引量:12

摘要 配电网降损方案选择是节能改造的关键,选择降损方案所依据的模型不同,方案选择的结果也会不同。建立了计及低碳效益的配电网降损方案优选模型,以降损方案寿命周期内综合投资费用和电能损失费用之和最小为目标函数,其中电能损失费用包括电能损失引起直接费用和间接费用即碳排放罚金,以线路允许电压偏差、支路传输功率(电流)、降损措施数量、损耗率以及总投资限制为约束条件,综合考虑了经济效益和减少碳排放所带来的社会效益。该模型将不同方案的降损量等效转换为碳排放量,凸显出降损工作带来的低碳效益。采用枚举法与遗传算法,以某条10 kV线路为例验证了该模型具有很好的适应性和可操作性。 The selection of schemes to reduce power loss in distribution network is the key to energy saving reconstruc?tion,and the results of schemes depend on the selected models.In this paper,a model of selecting the optimal scheme for reducing the power loss in distribution network is established with the consideration of low-carbon benefits,and its objective function is to minimize the comprehensive investment cost and the cost of power loss during the life cycle of the loss reduction scheme.The cost of power loss includes the indirect cost and indirect cost(i.e.,punishment for car?bon emissions),and the allowable voltage deviation,branch transmission power(current),the number of loss reduc?tion measures,loss rate,and the limit on total investment are taken as constraints.In this way,the economic benefit and social benefit brought by the reduction in carbon emissions are considered comprehensively.By using this model,the loss reduction in different schemes can be transformed to carbon emissions,highlighting the low-carbon benefits brought by the loss reduction.It is proved that this model has good adaptability and operability through the example of one 10 kV feeder using the enumeration method and genetic algorithm.
