摘要
康复技术在帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease,PD)治疗过程中起到至关重要的作用其中包括康复手法及康复设备。本文系统介绍了PD运动症状的各种康复训练方法及新兴的康复医疗设备,总结了PD运动症状康复治疗的传统方法及与新兴的康复医学设备相结合的新方法,重点介绍了将神经反馈、计算机技术、人工智能的理念引入PD的康复治疗当中,体现了PD康复治疗观念的更新及进展,并指出基于人工智能、神经反馈、计算机技术的神经康复将是未来PD乃至神经康复的新方向。本文的意义在于全面系统总结了PD康复方法,更新了PD康复治疗的理念。
Rehabilitation technology plays an important role in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease(PD),including rehabilitation techniques and rehabilitation equipment.This article introduced the various rehabilitation training methods and the history and status of rehabilitation equipment for PD.Summarized the traditional methods of rehabilitation therapy for PD and new methods combined with emerging rehabilitation medical equipment.This article focused on the introduction of the concepts of neurofeedback,computer technology,and artificial intelligence into the rehabilitation of PD,reflecting the renewal and progress of the concept of rehabilitation therapy for PD.It was pointed out that neurological rehabilitation based on artificial intelligence,neural feedback and computer technology would soon be the new direction of PD and even neurological rehabilitation.The significance of this paper is to comprehensively and systematically summarize the rehabilitation methods of PD and update the concept of rehabilitation treatment of PD.
