某医院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情早期应对策略

Early Coping Strategy of Certain Hospital towards Coronavirus Disease 2019

目的梳理某战区总医院应对新冠肺炎疫情的早期应对策略,为军队医院开展重大突发公共卫生事件提供参考借鉴。方法通过回顾性分析方法对某战区总医院疫情发生后的研判、应对及管理、质控等措施进行系统梳理。结果通过精准研判情况、提出应对措施、强化督导落实、加强质控管理、科研临床并重等一系列早期应对策略,医院较好地完成前期疫情防控救治工作。结论军队医院在面对重大突发公共卫生事件时,需要建立科学的决策机制、提早研判情况、果断采取措施并严格落实管理。

Objective To reorganize the early coping strategies of our hospital towards COVID-19,so as to provide reference for military hospitals to carry out coping measures against the major public health emergencies.Methods Through the method of retrospective analysis,the author systematically sorted out the measures of the assessment,response,management and quality control after the outbreak of COVID-19 in a general military hospital.Results Through a series of early coping strategies such as accurate judgment,putting forward countermeasures,strengthening supervision and implementation,enhancing quality control management,and paying equal attention to scientific and clinical research,the hospital has successfully completed the current epidemic prevention and treatment work.Conclusion In the face of major public health emergencies,military hospitals need to establish a scientific decision-making mechanism,early evaluation,decisive measures and strict implementation of management.
